Just out of curiosity. I was dreaming very vivid dream. I only remember a snippet. The man was in the water with me explaining that because of the depth we were at the xenon was helping our bodies adjust to the external pressure. We were somehow deep under the sea but in a cave, there was a lot of external pressure on our bodies, but the cavity was completely populated with xenon gas. We were floating in the water about to descend again, but were taking a moment to fill our lungs with the xenon gas.

Would xenon help with this problem, could it be in high concentrates in underwater caves? Odd dream, I have no chemical training or background in diving.

Xenon cannot be used for undersea diving because it acts as an anesthetic. To quote from the Wikipedia “The noble gases argon, krypton, and xenon are more anesthetic than nitrogen at a given pressure, and xenon has so much anesthetic activity that it is actually a usable anaesthetic at 80% concentration and normal atmospheric pressure.”

Here you will see a large sea turtle that frequents the tip of the bowsprit; large schools of fusiliers, batfish, and barracuda; and numerous other varieties of small marine animals.

Banana Reef ��” On the eastern side of the North Male’ Atoll is Banana Reef. This prime scuba diving spot derives its name from the shape of the reef which resembles a banana. The upper section of Banana Reef is only about 10 feet below sea level which is ideal for beginner divers. If you like more of a challenge, the western side of the reef reaches depths of more than 100 feet. But no matter how deep you choose to dive, the abundance of marine life around Banana Reef will simply amaze you.

Scuba diving in the Maldives is such a varied experience that you could spend a lifetime diving the pristine waters surrounding the coral-tipped islands and still not see everything that this rich and diverse region has to offer. i read somewhere that if you dove in to the black sea at a 90 degree angle that due to the vast amount of saturated salt in the black sea you would be stuck in the water head down feet up and unable to get out, so essentially you would drown. if this is true how would you be able to get out of that situation, would you have to swim to the side like with a rip at a beach or like when methane bubbles escape and sink a boat do you swim down and around the gas to get to the surface (although i doubt swimming down would help you in the dead sea) etc. basically is there any way to get yourself unstuck if you’ve dived perpendicular in to the black sea

The Black sea is not the Dead sea. You are thinking all the time of the Dead sea.
It is just like normal water, except a bit more dense and you float a bit higher. You can dive into it at any angle you like and you will not get stuck.
