The bonus to this visit was that he was hot and showed that this was heading to be a trip to remember.First thing the next morning, we all meet at the diving center. It was time to get my diving equipment. After that we took a few minutes to get acquainted with all the other divers. Then we were off to Famar beach, across the island. The beach was so much more than I expected. I was in a daze. The cliffs and the open beach was so pretty, not to mention that some of the divers were gorgeous. It was a little piece of heaven. After a few minutes it was time to learn the basics and what to do in an emergency. Then I was thought how to use all of my equipment. Playing the female card was not going to cut it here. I had to show that I was strong enough to handle this. There were 12 year old kids that already had the hang of this. I had to make this work I could not be out done by a group of kids.In the evening we went for drinks at the local bars, it was nice to be in company of different people who wanted a laugh, I even met a very cute diver. He was diving with me on day 3 so I desperately needed to improve my dive skills to show off. And I did, I was heading in with no problem which gave me the top feeling of achievement in the world! Ahhh I would be a pro in no time! My cute diver and I went out for Tapas that night. It was a nice experience. I had never eaten it before. It was just one more thing for me to add to the long list of great things I did on the active diving holiday. He and I meet one more time before the end of my trip. We hit a different night club for a bit and then we just chilled about the beach. It was an added bounce that I meet such a nice guy to invest time with on this diving trip in Egypt.By the time came to leave, I had already booked another active diving holiday in Egypt. I had such a great time that I was ready to do it again. I was really interested in learning more about diving.
