I’m a scuba diver, and my boyfriend and I wanna go to Egypt somewhere in January/February, to dive in The Red Sea.
The thing is, I dont know where to go. I dont know much about Egypt in general, and after browsing online, it seems like there is a lot of awesome dive sites, and I have a hard time choosing.

We’ll only be there for about 7-10 days, and also wanna see the pyramids and Cairo.

So, is there anybody out there, who have experiense with diving in Egypt, and can give some tips on where to go? We dont mind travel long distances to get to an good dive site, but we need to keep in mind that we only have a maximum of 10 days, and also wanna see the other things.

About our dives: We’re both advanced divers (30 meters, limited visabilty and navigation), and I am also an underwater photografer, so I would love reef dives with a lot of life. Wreck dives would be awesome. We would love to see hammerhead sharks as well, I’ve heard that there should be sites in the red sea with good chance to see them, but dont know where..
